Programme and Project Management continues to be an area supported with strong methodologies, tools and templates, which is demonstrated by the narrowest range of responses. Conversely Benefit Management has the widest range of responses. This reflects our observations that at some organisations, the focus continues to be on delivering to costs and timescales, with limited focus on linking the benefits to the business case and ensuring benefits are achieved.
